Problem area / Revenue

The revenue number and the reality do not match

Pipeline is reported, forecast, and disbelieved. Deals sit in stages nobody can define, handoffs lose momentum silently, and revenue disappears somewhere between demand and renewal without appearing in any report.

What it costs while it goes unresolved
  • Forecast accuracy stops being a planning input
  • Effort goes to deals that were never real
  • Margin is absorbed by leakage attributed to no one
When companies bring this to Aurora

Expected outcomes

Revenue

Expected outcomes

  • A pipeline map showing where opportunities stall and where they die
  • Stage definitions that mean the same thing to sales and the forecast
  • A ranked recovery list with effort stated alongside impact
Why you would believe this

Every quantification comes from your data with the calculation shown. Where the data cannot support a number, Aurora says so instead of estimating one.

Before you write to us
Is this a CRM project?
No. The mission is the commercial system — how opportunities are created, staged, and lost. If the evidence points at the tool, that becomes a stated recommendation, not the assumed answer.
Our data is a mess. Is that a blocker?
It is the normal starting condition. Aurora works from what can be reconstructed and marks explicitly which conclusions the data cannot support, instead of producing a clean-looking number the data never justified.
Will sales have to change how they work?
Some of it, or the leakage returns. The mission defines the change and who owns each state, so the ask is specific rather than a demand for better discipline.
