1. Acceptance and identity
By accessing or using an Aurora service, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific terms presented. If you use Aurora for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it. Aurora Corporation is incorporated in Delaware, United States.
2. Service description
Aurora provides business research, analysis, memory, governance, traceability, and coordinated execution capabilities. Features and availability may change as the service develops.
3. Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and use the service only for authorized, lawful purposes.
- Protect credentials, devices, and access tokens.
- Respect confidentiality, intellectual property, privacy, provider rules, and third-party rights.
- Review inputs, permissions, outputs, and proposed actions before relying on or executing them.
4. Prohibited use
- Illegal, deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, infringing, or abusive activity.
- Unauthorized scraping, surveillance, credential use, access, or platform-policy circumvention.
- Security bypass, unauthorized testing, disruption, or malicious code.
- Using outputs for unlawful decisions or to avoid required professional or human review.
- Misrepresenting material, provenance, authorization, or Aurora's relationship with a third party.
5. Third-party integrations
An integration operates only within permissions granted by the user, organization, and provider. Third parties have separate terms, availability, and practices. Do not provide credentials or information you are not authorized to provide.
6. Information and intellectual property
Aurora and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, brand, methods, and original materials. You retain rights in information you lawfully provide and grant the rights reasonably needed to host, process, analyze, and return it to deliver and secure the authorized service.
7. AI-generated and analytical outputs
Outputs may be incomplete, probabilistic, outdated, or incorrect. Aurora does not guarantee that a model, analysis, recommendation, or forecast is error-free or fit for a particular consequential decision. You are responsible for validating outputs, evidence, assumptions, permissions, and downstream effects. Consequential decisions require appropriate human judgment and professional review.
8. Confidentiality
Where non-public information is disclosed in circumstances indicating confidentiality, each party should protect it with proportionate care and use it only for the authorized purpose. More specific written agreements control.
9. Availability and termination
Aurora may modify, suspend, or discontinue a service for security, legal, operational, provider, or product reasons. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Access may be restricted for material breach, risk, nonpayment, unlawful use, or harm.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services and outputs are provided as available. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted, Aurora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
11. Governing law and contact
