Not an agency. Not a consultancy. Not a tool you have to learn.A company you give a job to.

You say what you need. Aurora understands your company, decides what is needed, does it with your permission and shows you what happened.

How Aurora works.

Seven stages, always the same. With the job you chose as the example.

Understands

On Understand a market

  1. 1

    Understands

Before doing anything, it understands your company and what you want.

    ExampleUnderstand a market

It asks youWhich market, in which country, and what you want to decide with it. What you sell today and to whom.

  2. 2

    Researches

It looks for evidence. What it does not know stays marked as unknown.

    ExampleUnderstand a market

It opensSize and growth from public sources, competitors already selling there, published prices, your sales data.

Stays unknownWhat customers in that market really pay, until there is data.

  3. 3

    Decides

It decides what work is needed. You do not have to know in advance.

    ExampleUnderstand a market

It proposesA market map with the three segments where your offer fits and an entry recommendation.

It discardsA full market study: expensive and does not change the decision.

  4. 4

    Does

It does the work. It executes only what you authorize.

    ExampleUnderstand a market

It asks you to authorizeRead your sales data and price list. Yes. Contact potential customers: only if you authorize it.

It deliversMarket map, three prioritized segments with evidence, risks, and what entering would take.

  5. 5

    Reviews

Done is not taken as good. It is checked before delivery.

    ExampleUnderstand a market

One caseOne market-size figure came from a 2019 source. Replaced with two 2025 sources. You are told.

  6. 6

    Measures

Doing something is not achieving it. It measures what happened.

    ExampleUnderstand a market

What it didThe map is delivered and reviewed.

What happenedWhether the market is profitable for you is observed only with real sales. Until then, marked as not measured.

What it did ≠ What happened

  7. 7

    Learns

What worked stays for the next job. New evidence corrects it.

    ExampleUnderstand a market

What staysThe map and sources stay. If a competitor changes prices, the recommendation is revisited.

Nothing without evidence.

Everything Aurora claims says where it comes from. And not everything weighs the same.

  1. Your data and real resultsDecides with this
  2. Sources you can openDecides with this
  3. Weak signalsOnly as hypotheses
  4. OpinionsMarked as opinions

Aurora does not make a decision on weak signals or opinions alone.

Did

The work exists.

Verified

It was checked against the evidence.

Happened

The result was observed.

Three different things. Aurora never mixes them.

Evidence

A real job Aurora did on itself.

. Evidence Pack EP-001, verified on Aurora's site

  1. UnderstoodIts own public site had to meet reading contrast for everyone.
  2. ResearchedMeasured the site's real colors against the required minimum (4.5 to 1).
  3. DecidedColors had been picked by eye. Fix the values and stop it from happening again.
  4. DidCorrected the colors to the required minimum.
  5. ReviewedAdded an automatic test that reads the real values and blocks publishing if they fail.
  6. MeasuredThe test passes on every publish. The effect on visitors was not measured.
  7. LearnedThe rule stayed: no color is published without passing the test.

What changes is what you buy.

To access research, marketing, revenue, operations or technology, a company always had to build the same things. Aurora forms them around a job and keeps them only while the job exists.

What always had to be built

  1. People
  2. Specialists
  3. Vendors
  4. Software
  5. Management
  6. Coordination

What you put in

  1. A job, in your own words
  2. Your data, the data you already have
  3. Your permissions, the ones you decide

Hires, vendors, tools, coordination: none.

Better work and lower cost are the ambition. They are demonstrated with evidence, job by job, not by this page.

Why Aurora exists

Large companies can buy knowledge, specialists and the capacity to decide. Aurora exists so yours can too, without carrying that structure.

Where it is going

Big companies buy capacity. The rest could not. That is changing.

Aurora wants a company's ability to compete not to depend on how much talent, knowledge and structure it can pay for permanently.

This is where we are going. Not something achieved.

Is it expensive?

You pay for a job with a scope, a metric and a price agreed before starting. Not hours, not a subscription, not a standing team. If the price makes no sense for your company, you know before committing to anything.

Is it accurate?

It works from your data and from sources you can open, not opinions. When there is not enough data, it builds it first. It does not promise perfect accuracy: it tells you how sure each finding is, and why.

Is it reliable?

It does not ask you to trust it. It lets you see what it did, with what evidence, what was authorized, what was reviewed and what happened. What is not known stays marked as not known.

Do I need to know about technology?

No. You give it a job in your own words. Aurora understands your company and decides what is needed. There is nothing to learn.

Can it do anything without my approval?

Not where it matters. Spending, publishing, writing to someone or touching your systems requires your authorization. Where it is not authorized, it leaves the work ready and your team executes.

Does it replace my team?

No. It adds the capacity you do not have or should not carry full-time: research, analysis, specialists you need sometimes. Your team keeps deciding.

What do I actually get?

A short diagnosis on your data, decisions with the evidence behind them, the work produced and the measurement of what happened, with a status. Documents you read in minutes.

How long does it take?

The initial diagnosis, up to two weeks. A job runs on a 90-day horizon, with signals before that. If there is no signal in time, you see it in the measurement, not in an excuse.

What happens to my data?

It uses only the information you authorize, for the job we agreed on. It does not sell it or share it.

How do I start?

You tell us what your company needs, in your own words. Aurora starts by understanding it and writes back with what it found. Not a sales call.

Start with a diagnosis.

Up to two weeks, on your data. It ends in “this is possible, this is not, and this is what it would take”. If it is not useful, you stop there.

We write to you within 48 hours with what Aurora understood about your company.

By sending, you authorize Aurora to use these data to understand and respond to your inquiry. Privacy · Terms

Price agreed before starting. No subscription, no standing team.
