Problem area / Growth

Growth has stalled and nobody can name the constraint

Activity is up and results are not. More channels, more content, more meetings — and the same number at the end of the quarter. The constraint is somewhere in acquisition, conversion, or economics, and every team can only see their own part of it.

What it costs while it goes unresolved
  • Budget goes to the channel that reports best, not the one that works
  • Hiring is used to buy output that a fixed constraint will absorb
  • The first move into a new market is made on opinion
When companies bring this to Aurora
Growth

Missions Aurora can execute

Demand, acquisition, and the first move into a market.

Growth

Expected outcomes

  • The growth constraint identified, with the evidence for it
  • A validated acquisition motion instead of a channel list
  • Entry or launch sequenced against what the evidence supports
Why you would believe this

Aurora publishes a live decision demo and a visible decision trace. Growth work is judged on whether the constraint was found, not on how much activity was produced.

Before you write to us
We already have an agency and a growth lead. Where does Aurora fit?
Aurora is not a second agency. An agency executes the channel you chose and a growth lead owns the target; Aurora takes the outcome and does the research, positioning, and sequencing work that decides which channel deserves the budget. Where that work already exists and holds up, Aurora says so and stops.
How fast do we see something?
The first artifact is the constraint and the evidence for it, not a campaign. If the constraint turns out to be something you already knew, that is a cheap answer rather than a wasted quarter.
What if the honest answer is that we should not scale yet?
Then that is the finding, delivered with what would have to be true first. Aurora is paid for the outcome of the mission, not for recommending more work.
