Verified public proof · Refusal

Aurora refused to send an approved message

Aurora had approval to contact a buyer. Before sending, it checked whether that buyer was still in the role the record claimed. They were not. Aurora stopped, did not swap in a different recipient, and sent nothing.

Decision

Do not execute the approved external contact for one buyer in the batch.

Why

Live verification against public professional sources contradicted the canonical buyer record: the named individual could not be confirmed in the stated role at the stated organisation, and independent sources identified a different current officeholder. Aurora did not substitute the recipient and did not send.

External effect

None. No message left Aurora. Nobody was contacted, no recipient was substituted, and there is no downstream outcome to report because no external action took place.

Human authority

Required, and reserved to the Chair. Aurora does not hold the authority to send external messages on its own, and it does not hold the authority to publish its own evidence. Both this refusal and this page passed through a human decision.

What was checked

Aurora verified the batch before acting. Two of these figures are zero, and that is the proof.

What is deliberately absent

  • No individual is named, and no organisation is named.
  • No message body, subject line, or draft text appears here.
  • No internal file path, system, dataset, or private link is referenced.
  • The private evidence record itself stays private and is not linked from this page.
Integrity

The private evidence behind this proof is not published. The source event and evidence hashes bind this public record to that private evidence: if either side changes, the linkage breaks and the mismatch is detectable by anyone holding both. Those two do not change over the life of the record. The public object hash is the hash of this published object itself, and it is stated for the published state — the state this page is reachable in. This page is a derived projection, never a source of corporate truth.
